Outstanding lines to this mid-century sofa coming directly from the estate for which it was purchased new.  I have been unable to find an exact match, but this looks like a Paul McCobb design for Directional.  I have included an original reciept found in the estate from Directional, but I have since learned this was for another sofa in the estate (#1327).  All of the furniture was purchased through a NYC decorator buying from "to-the-trade" resources in the 1950s and 60s.

There are four solid brass legs that screw on, but this design was more common on sofas made by Dunbar and designed by Edward Wormley.

This is the original upholstery and it is in such good condition because it was covered in a custom slip cover since the 1960s.  Cushions are still in good condition and comfortable.  Bottom are foam, backs are down filled.  Would benefit from a professional cleaning.  No odor or tears.  From a smoke and pet free home.  Structurally solid.  Very well made.  No makers labels.

Measurements:
28" H x 76 1/4" W x 34" D x 15 1/2" Seat height
