Very fine pair of vintage balloon-back side chairs directly from a professionally decorated local estate. Great size and form, perfect for use in an entrance hall on either side of a console table. Upholstered in a later Brunschwig and Fils upholstery.
Condition: Repainted. Later upholstery is a bit high with the cushion, could be lowered and easily reupholstered. Structurally solid construction. Normal amounts of light chips and yellowing to the off-white paint. Made of solid carved wood. Note the twist bolt construction from the back.
