A Louis XV Rococo Giltwood Console Table Faux Marble, Flatware Drawer, Italian
Large scale console table coming directly from a wealthy local estate. Based on the contents of the estate, I believe this piece dates to the 1960s or 1970s. The felt lined drawer may have been a custom modification for use in a large dining room. Great lines and surface. Would look great in a large entry hall with a French mirror above.
Condition: Normal light wear from use. Some chipping to the gilt surface. Also some chipping to the lacquered faux marble top surface. Drawer works well. Felt lined flatware divider can be removed. Heavy and solid, very well made. No manufactuer marks.
