Great looking vintage Directoire style armchair that dates to the early 1960s.  Made by Meyer Gunther Martini in New York around 1962.  This chair cost $500 at that time, purchased through a designer.  

The trim has been distress painted white for a fresh look.  Upholstery is worn, but can still be used.  Would look incredible with fresh upholstery.  Great chair for a living room or bedroom.  Very comfortable with down filled cushion and high back.

Structurally solid. Very well built.
