Excellent quality rolling bar cart made from glass, wood and brass.  The large gallery is encased in beveled glass and ideal for storing liquor bottles.  Accessed through a drop down side panel held up with chains.  The top is a lift off tray with beveled glass and with brass gallery and handles.  Lower shelf is glass over ebonized wood.  Wheels work great.  

This piece was placed in a wealthy local estate by a NYC decorator in the 1970s, but from my research it may date as early as the 1940s.  I've seen the same cart priced at $4800.

Condition:  Some oxidation to the brass, but nothing major.  Overall excellent condition.  Minor wear consistent with age.

This is a heavy cart and requires care in transport.
