Outstanding mid-century side table by Harvey Probber. Mahogany base with inset travertine top. Great form and proportions. Very well made. Unmarked, but coming from a wealthy Ho-Ho-Kus, NJ estate that was furnished with other Probber and Paul Evans pieces through a NYC decorator.
Condition: Very good. Solid and well made. Minimal wear from use, a few small chips to the wood at the base and imperfections to the travertine (pictured).
