Impressive 19th century Louis XV style carved oak cabinet with distressed mirror panels. Solid oak with a custom painted surface. Excellent proportions to this small cabinet, which works well on a pier wall or in a small entry hall.
A single Long fold down drawer front compartment above two doors opening to shelves. Painted surface gives the effect of old grained wood patina. Purchased for a wealthy local estate in the 1960s through a NYC decorator.
Condition: Overall excellent. Minor wear from use. Some bubbling to the mirror plate, but this only adds character. Great lines.
